April Daily Dozen Challenge

Spring is an excellent time to dive into exploration and improve our wellness routines! Join us starting April 1st, 2022 for our Daily Dozen Challenge! 12 basic yoga poses that can be done daily, require just 15 minutes to complete, and the more times you participate the more chances you have to win a cool prize!

Just follow these simple steps to join us for our April Daily Dozen Challenge ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

1.) Follow us on Instagram @grateful_warrior_yoga and @victorypoweryoga or

Follow us on our FaceBook page Grateful Warrior Yoga Foundation-WFW and Victory Power Yoga

2.) Comment - โ€œCount me in!โ€ on any Daily Dozen Challenge Post.

3.) Open the Vstudio link we send you and follow along with the Daily Dozen Challenge Video (Modifying as you need and skipping anything that does not serve your body of course ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ).

4.) Share an Instagram post with either a time lapse video or picture of yourself (before, during, or after) the daily dozen practice and tag Grateful Warrior Yoga & Victory Power Yoga include a comment including two things you are grateful for and #GWYAprilDD on your post.

5.) Complete your daily dozen practice as many times as you like throughout the month of April and attend at least 4 in-person classes either: Grateful Warrior Yoga Club (Aristotle Spirits or Big Boss Brewing Company), Mat & Taps (Deep River Brewing Company), or in-studio at Victory Power Yoga and each post you share will serve as an entry for prize drawings. Drawings will be held on Instagram live on 10 April, 20 April, and 30 April.

Prizes you could win include: GWY Logo stickers, magnet, bento box, bag, or koozie, passes to GWY Club yoga, and we reserve the right to add a few more ๐Ÿ˜‰
